choose your practice plan
yoga principles
workshop-style class covering the basics of a safe & strong yoga practice, with a focus on the anatomy of our physical bodies. ideal for both beginners & experienced yogis. we’ll cover things like:
warming up
how to place your hands on the mat (it’s not what you think!)
breaking down a vinyasa with alignment
wherever you’re looking to go deeper in your practice
vinyasa flow
breath-to-movement flow class, suitable for all levels - whether you’ve tried yoga before or not. i offer variations, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to nourish or challenge your body & mind, depending on your unique needs in the present moment. i offer a 60 min or 75 min format, adaptable based on your preferences.
yin
this is a slower paced, restorative practice with minimal movement. you’ll have plenty of time to practice intentional breathing (pranayama), & to rest in each posture, creating space for your body to unwind & replenish itself through stillness. we’ll use props to support the body to relax & soften into longer holds.
